Undead = Brittish
Night Elves = Arabian (reversed roles)
Draenei = Jews (exodus and shit)
Orcs = Africans
Trolls = South American
Tauren = North America natives
Blood Elves = Chinese, Japan
Worgen = Irish
Goblins = well, can't really pinpoint but I will go with the obvious of jews
Gnomes = ?
Pandas = Chinese

Way better than mine, but pandas were pretty unified (at least until recently) and blamed outsiders on their current difficulties. I just chose night elves because they were an old power, but aren't nearly the force they used to be. Maybe pandas could be Japanese? The homogeny works.
