I'm gonna try to give a reasonable opinion on the whole manlet meme.
In terms of attractiveness, being a manlet is somewhat equivalent to having a slightly uglier face. There are some girls who fetishize it but there aren't enough to make that a reliable option.
Being a manlet can be unattractive for the same reason that being fat is unattractive; there are certain personality traits that come bundled with being short/fat that repulse people. People are aware that fat people are more likely to be self-conscious and may be repulsed by the nonstop "fat is beautiful" chanting by the person. Likewise, a shorter person might act overly aggressive to compensate. Thus, part of the unattractiveness of being a manlet is the possibility that the manlet themselves is insecure about it.
Genetically, being a manlet is not necessarily inferior. Studies have shown that people with smaller bodies live longer and have less pain in their joints. They also require less food and since we are no longer require physical combat on a daily basis, fighting ability is not as important. I will admit that having a larger man serves better protection against harmful entities but a larger partner can also overpower you leading to rape or murder following a heated argument.
Final verdict: being short isn't worth being angry about. Being angry about being short is literally half the problem of why people don't like manlets. Many women will reject you outright due to height, but so do many other people based on weight, ethnicity, wealth, and a variety of other factors. Complaining about how height "isn't something I can change" does not make you more attractive.
