Well, there are a lot of VN about the FEELS.
Kana Little Sister, Narcissu, and Katawa Shoujo are the first I can think about.
Especially Katawa Shoujo, it changed my life.

There are a lot of better VN about the feels, as other people said Katawa Shoujo is probably the better entry level, or some other ones like If My Heart Had Wings, Grisaia, or Steins; Gate (I know, not entirely about feels, but seeing some things like what happens toMayurialmost broke my hears when I was playing it
