Not a stoner, but I used to play mmos while high on other things and I didn't really care about teamwork. I just liked how hypnotic it was to play something as repetitive as an mmo and being surrounded by but not included with a bunch of people while I was high, they synergized really nicely.
I was probably a total asspain whenever I ended up in a party, and I had no knowledge of what roles I was supposed to play or whatever.
Also when I played gw2 specifically I would move golems around in wvw and make it look like npcs were sucking their dicks, or I'd use portals to hide them in obscure locations.
