After spending two days in bed, then drinking myself into a coma, I made a breakthrough in my exposure and response prevention therapy. My anxiety is considerably lessened, and my mood is so much more stable that my psychiatrist is reducing some of my medication. This Monday I'm going to break the good news to my shrink and I can't fucking wait to see how he responds. This therapy has been a living hell for me and to finally see real results from it is such a fucking relief.
