Last time I went to the hairdresser I was borderline crying because of how disgusting I looked in the mirror. Looking at myself for over a few minutes just results in me picking apart everything wrong with my face. I still remember thinking how fucking asymmetrical my eyes were.
After that I started crew cutting with an electronic shaver at home. You don't have to look in the mirror, you just go over your head with the guard on until you stop hearing hair being cut
