I'm nostalgic as fuck about Japan in the eighties and early-to-mid nineties, particularly suburban or only slightly urbanized areas.

I have no idea why. I was born in 1988 and I've never even been to Japan.

Same with urban Japanese areas in the 80s and 90s.

Also 90s high schools. I think it has to do with the stuff I watched as a kid.
