Five years ago, I took what probably was every normed (?), non-power online test.
Three years ago, I took a professional test and scored 129.
Two years ago, I became bored of realizing the factors that caused such an inflation from my true score.
One year ago, I became bored of explaining to people that existence of such inflation in no way implies that IQ tests are flawed.

'Improvability' of things is inversely proportional to those things' generality. You 'can' improve a minor correlate of IQ, such as, oh, I don't know, knowledge of trees' names or understanding of the idea of a number system, a lot. Your general linguistic or mathematical competence -- less so. General intelligence -- not at all.
