Everything starts out alright, its just little things. You support her with confidence boosts telling her that her insecurities are false. "You're pretty" "You're not fat" "I don't want to leave you" etc etc
Insecurities cannot be cured this way though, and your support is basically worthless. Eventually you'll feel like a broken record looping, saying the same things over and over, stagnating and never progressing forward. If she keeps insisting she isn't as pretty as other girls, you might start believing it too
