How do you guys spend your days? I'd imagine fasting would take quite a toll on a physically active person, ie manual labor, training.
I've been starving myself for 3 months now and went from 120kg to 111kg. Only 9 kilograms in 3 fucking months? I gained the extra 60kg in like half a year max.
Oh well, I'm used to being a fatass by now. I'm covered in stretchmarks though, everywhere.

I eat 2 small hot meals a day, for example I'll eat a lean baked chicken sandwich for lunch and have mackarel or other fish for dinner together with vegetables (which I've started to like slowly but surely) and I barely eat any potatoes or anything of that kind. I expected more results desu.
I do sit on my ass all day though gaming or browsing 4chan, I only go out at 9 in the morning every day to go and get my daily methadone and benzodiazepine drugs at the local apothecary. I haven't showered in weeks and they can smell it, I can tell.
Also today I have to walk through loads of fucking people because there's a market right outside my door on the street so all of them will smell me walking by. Fun fun, 1 hour 40 mins till then. Ugh.

No I will not. I have cut down a lot, I only drink like 2-4 liters a night, coming from a LOT more a couple years ago.
