I'm guessing those numbers are for reps. I'm a fat tub of lard with nowhere near that much muscle and am about to graduate to 4plt max on the squat. Did SL5X5 for 12 weeks.

Nope, proper form.
Although I was pretty buff (10pull-ups, no kipping) until about 5 years ago. Then I got into pills, alcohol, smoking, junk food and lying on my ass all day. I started SL when I realized I couldn't do a single pull-up or push-up. My lower body didn't atrophy that much, but my upper body was absolutely fucked when I started SL.

When I started 3 months ago my 1rm was 40kg, tonight I'm going to rep 120kg for the first time. Also my last day on SL, thinking about starting Reg Park 5X5, just not sure if I should start on phase 1 or go straight for phase 3.

I'm 1.83m (6ft)
And weigh 103kg (230lb ?)
When I started I weighted the same as I do now but my BF was higher and I was constantly dehydrated.
