I have shaky hands too (hypothyroid) but I get by. nobody is passionate about something they suck at, passion comes when you're really good. unless you mean that you don't care enough about even trying (but evidently you do care as you'd like to be able to draw well. people who dont care enough to draw don't even think about doing it) as far as potential, most people aren't capable of being amazing at anything, but that's no reason not to do it. if you want to get good at something you'd not practicing, it's normal to be overly fixated on the end result, but regular practice in any creative thing will reveal that the satisfaction is in the moment of creating, not the end result. Lots of people experience a hollow depressed feeling when they reach an external milestone in the practice they think will raise their happiness. I felt super depressed the day after my first group exhibition even though it went great and my work sold. Forgot about the end point, do it for you. that's all that really matters.
