There's no such thing as an absolute right and wrong. If society or your parents view it as wrong, and they have the power to proclaim it so, such is how it will be viewed by them. There is no such thing as an "intrinsic" value, life has whatever value you assign to. There is no objective value or non-value to life or anything else for that matter, if a subject exists to proclaim something with value, it exists in so far as they see it that way.

The question itself is flawed. There is no such as "suicide" as such, there are only suicides. Each situation aught to be judged according to its own uniqueness, we cannot just blanket entire abstract concepts with absolutes, life doesn't work that way. Things are judged situationally, the question itself shows a flawed form of thinking.

No because neither objective value or none value even exist at all. To say that things have no objective value has no meaning, objective values simply do not exist. One could just as easily say all life DOES have objective value, neither statements actually MEAN anything in the least.
Every case is a different case, but in most cases, no, they shouldn't, although they should be accounted for a relevant fraction of the guilt.
I suppose that in most cases, teen age suicide comes off as a result, predominantly, of other social interactions, and their own emotional problems that would have developed regardless of the context they are inserted into.

Kids and teens have a vary limited perspective. Something minor like getting embarrassed in front of their class can shake up their whole world view and lead to suicide. Should parent's be blamed for their kids stupidity? idk.
