There's this chain called Slim Chickens here in Texas that has god tier chicken tenders. Also a place called PDQ, not sure where else those two chains are but they both have really juicy perfectly breaded tendies.

Tendies change over time and how the products are obtained by the company or handled.
But I can tell you whats the best among fast food (or WAS).
It was Arby's tendies before the year of 2001 when they changed.
Arby's tendies back then were literally just the best part of the chicken breast, with a crunch coating, and the Arby's sauce and Horseradish sauces were both better back then. They were also trained to temped you with every order. The tendies came with either homestyle or curly fries. Either fry you ordered, employees were directly trained to secretly insert 1 of the other fries (no, it was not just mixed in from the fryer). They had to physically grab 1 fucking curly fry and drop it onto the homestyle, or vica versa. It was to make you want to order more fries next time so you could taste both.
People rag on Arby's a lot but their food is (or was) of surprising quality and they had some cute little business practices.
For example most locations used to (I haven't checked recently and I moved out of the US anyway), sell their normal kitchen products/sauces/fixings in actual packs. Like you could actually ask to buy arbies sauce and they're plastic wrap 3 squirters of it and sell it to you. You could actually ask to buy their au jus for the beef sandwiches and they'd sell you their plastic 32 ounce tub right out of the kitchen.
