Multiple ways. I het foodstamps which buy the cheapest materials to make great meals if you put in the time to cook. But it doesn't stop there. Since I have plenty of free time, I do plenty of fishing, hunting, and foraging. This saves me a bunch of money, not to mention it's very fun to do. If I had the space, I'd garden too.
Maybe if you learned to be frugal and appreciate the smaller things in life instead of worryong about getting more money so you can buy more things to build your legacy, then you'd have a more fulfilling life too.
