uni is set up in a way where it's impossible to "learn" the way you want
you'll always be forced to take at least 2-3 other classes that have no concern of you at all, thus you'll have to compromise your time (instead of really indulging in the stuff you're interested in), manage to juggle a bunch of classes at the same time, regurgitate shit you read the last second in some bullshit paper then take an exam of shit you'll cram the night before then not remember 99% of when you're done
