Come on OP it's not that hard to get a decent PC that fulfills these requirements. It probably won't even cost 1k. The Phenom II X3 CPUs are 7 years old and not even top of the line back then. It's a fucking joke to get something better than that in CURRENT YEAR. Even the GPU would only cost around $200 and that's already the most expensive component in the whole PC.
