Yes, but only shave dry, and preferably while the sack is tight, and get the shaft too. Its counterintuitive but it works for me. I trim the pubes with a clipper, I like it a little longer but I don't know what the length I use is. Its a shitty norelco bodygroom pro. Huge waste of money but it does trim, kind of.

Yes I do, every couple showers I make sure Its smooth down there. Never got itchy even with being bad at shaving and going over the same spot a bunch. Only ever got a cut there once, didnt hurt just took my breath away and made me feel alive.
