Does anyone have experiences with polyphonic sleeping? Is it just a meme? The idea behind it is neat.

I mean I love sleeping, but I do it too much, like 9+ hours a day. They claim you can reduce it to even 2 hours.

I've done biphasic sleep before. It's pretty cozy to wake up in the middle of the night, watch a movie or something and then go back to sleep.

I sleep 6 hours than have a nap, I didn't choose this sleep pattern, it chose me.

It's nice being freshly alert in the evening, but I never really wake up until I've had my nap, so mornings are cancer

This. I've experimented with a lot of different configurations, my main issue is just getting to sleep to begin with. I have no idea how some people just fucking sleep on command.
