This is obviously not an answer that anyone would take seriously if not for the fact that there is no reason to think the sister is dead, then for the fact that trying to define the age of someone who has been dead for decades is pointless because there are several different ways to define the age of a corpse
1: How old the person was when they died, the only case in which this solution is possible, and even granting that, why are we assuming she's dead?
2: How old she would be if she were still alive, in which case the answer is 98, which in any case is the most logical answer to the riddle to begin with
3: How long the corpse has been dead, usually used in forensics and the like, in which case the answer is 96, but the remains are more than likely too decayed for such a distinction to matter to the world anyway.

As anyone would know, females matrue faster than males, which is why non-americunt laws let men fuck 14 year old girls but only 18 year old boys. Given that difference, once age 14 comes, the TRUE age of the sister relative to the brother is X+4 wherin X is the sisters age in years, meaning that the disparity is now 2 years in the opposite dierection. Put simply, once sexual maturity is reached we assume that the age of the subject is 18, so once the ages of the siblings reach 14 and 16 respectively, the sisters age springs ahead to 18 and the brothers stays at 16, and this new difference is kept throughout life, so when the brother reaches 100, the sisters age in years is 98, but her TRUE age is X+4 where X=98. Simple math now, 98+4=102.
