lmao no you'd just end up anemic.
I just mean small breakfast, I eat a banana or apple and 2 eggs with hot sauce. Small salad for lunch with some cut up bell pepper and tomato in it. With some greek yogurt dressing. And Variations of brown rice stirfrys w/ lots of veggies for dinner. and a small glass of milk.
No junk food or soda.

This is actually bad for you if you want to lose weight. You should eat 3-4 smaller meals a day. This is actually a big problem when it comes to skinny fatness. You're spending most of your time being malnourished so your body isn't supporting your muscles like it should, and instead puts the excess nutrients you eat in your big meal into fat.
I can't stress enough to exercise too. Even just a little bit. I started off walking a mile or so then started running like 500 ft and walking a quarter mile until I finally caught my breath then running again. The first week is absolute torture. I would get home after working out and lay on the floor feeling like I'm gonna die. But the endorphine rush is real once you settle down. After a couple weeks it becomes easier.

I don't know, man. Something is just not right with my body. I probably have very low test or something. I just can't believe how soft and pudgy I am. I tried losing weight last year. I dropped down to 145lbs and all it did is make me look like a smaller version of my flabby self. I lost some fat, but I also lost what little muscle I had.

Eating healthy is very cheap and pretty damn easy. People are just spoiled due to unhealthy quick meals, and think to eat 'healthy' means 100% organic produce and cage free, organic meat all of the time.

Plus, working out is free. You can get a very aesthetic body by just doing calisthenics. Most people are just lazy.

Avoid carbs only when cutting weight, they're your friend while bulking/putting on mass, which you need to do at your height. Bulk up, then cut.

If you've done that for over two days, you've fucked up. Either your maintenance is less or you don't know how to count calories. That's what fat people do "hurr this ranch sauce doesn't count it's just sauce, snacks don't count either even though a bar of chocolate is like 500 calories".

Man you need to put on some muscle, unless you have a really tiny frame.
Sugars are the most important thing to stay away from. A couple fruits a day is alright, but high sugar drinks like juice(I think some OJ in the morning is fine though), sweet teas, really sugary coffee, and even some sports drinks have really high sugar content.
You need SOME carbs unless you are going to do a keto diet, which is only really good for short periods of extreme weight loss. Not good for long term. Avoid bread when you can. Replace rice/noodles you eat with Brown rice/brown rice noodles, and eat more veggies/meat in comparison to the amount of rice or noodles.
That's really the basics. The rest is portion control and finding what works for you.

No, you can try starving yourself but the muscles will go first, it'll take awhile but eventually the fat will get lost as well. Otherwise if you're just eating healthy and under maintenance the fat's not going anywhere

Im a manlet (5'9", bow to your prince) with the frame of an Adonis, so when I was actually working out I looked great, but I have let myself go and now I have no definition on my torso at all, but if I wear a tight shirt my arms look huge and people always ask if I work out when I haven't touched a dumbell in months :^)
