Western and northern Europe have been moving to cuckdom for years but the fall of the Berlin wall and a United Germany under west German leadership ended any reason for those nations to be strong.
Relying on the United states for military is part of that too. Russia and Poland still take pride in the military so don't throw some random woman in charge of it.
All of eastern Europe will hold on to nationalism because it's the only reason they exist and aren't just provinces of Russia/Germany
