Tylenol works, it's the most common overdose encountered in the ER. It's not exactly a fast or pleasant way to go through.

Is overdosing on heroin or other opiet related drugs pleasant at all or easier than other ways?
I actually have a friend who overdosed on heroin and died but it's not like I can ask him now if it was a good way to go.
I imagine it'd be pretty unpleasant because every time I took to much pain pills ID feel sick and throw up and it was horrible every time I took too many.

Heroin OD's are quite peaceful, I hear. You just fall asleep and die.

Hmm may have to look into that because I don't think those are as peaceful as they seem. Because I think what happens is when your heart gives out and all that it could be a pretty painful experience.

An acetaminophen overdose (anything over 4,000 mg in 24 hours) would cause almost irreversible liver failure
If you take 3-5x the overdose threshold it'll almost assure your death
It's a slow, painful death however
You could also eat a pound of salt and go out like the Chinese did back in the day
It's a faster death, but a painful one from dehydration

No worries of that. Your heart going out wouldn't be nearly as bad. Your liver shits itself and with luck you die in a week. It could take longer. Extremely painful either way.
