There is actually a solution to this. The reason you are feeling pain is simply because your anus is not used to the capsaicin in spicy foods. All you have to do is eat pretty much only spicy foods for about two weeks and then they pain should go away. After that, as long as you eat spicy foods at least three or four times a week you will retain your anal resistance. I did this and it worked like magic
