My hair has been thinning out for the past year or two. I finally said fuck it and shaved it. This was really hard for me to do as I've always had a dent in my head I'm self concious about.
How fucked is my head? I feel like shit about it.

The dent is fine. No one is really going to be looking at that part of your head. If you have a decent facial structure you might be able to pull off a Michael Stipe.
I have a very bony, squared head with a prominent bump at back (above brain stem.)
Had head shaved since child. In my entire life the only person who has ever mentioned my skull is my dad.
He has the same skull.

Feels good man. If I ever start balding I'll actually be kinda excited to shave it off.
I don't much like having hair anyway. I get mine cut pretty short so that styling is minimal effort and I don't have to worry about it getting messy and looking like shit.

Get a scar tattooed on the dent, make it look like you had a surgical incision and a bunch of stitches
