Is being a NEET a millennial thing? Where there NEET's in previous generations? When did the whole facade start? Is it because the newer generation is more lazy and looking for handouts?

The only similarity with NEETs is the lack of sex, but with monks it's a choice.
It's been in the works for a while, but NEETS as we know them I don't think got big until the 90's. That was the first time they seem to've specifically appeared.
