Is anyone here on meds like XANAX or SSRIs? Does it help?

On Prozac (SSRI), maybe it works, It helps sometimes, other times its like they don't work at all. Kind of goes up and down
On zoloft. Its pretty meh.

On Valium, keeps me relaxed in public, SSRI's are a sham t b h, made me self-harm and be even moodier than befrore
SSRI worked great for me but it took a while for find one that wasn't shit, Xanax works great but is only a shot term solution to a long term problem.
