Someone on the planet might exist that takes a sick fetish in that sort of thing, but the chances of meeting up with them is null. Their are people who work out, dress nice, drive nice cars, make doe, and can make a girl laugh and still be undesired by a ton of women since their standards are something like male model tier with personality from a movie actor who inherited billions from a company he doesn't have to work for etc etc.
Women experience sex and being desired from such a young age they become bored of it once they hit their teens. From their on, they play with romance as a game to aquire social status gain.
