My last apartment I was constantly late on rent but never got kicked out. I kept telling them they need to set it up to where they automatically charge it to my debit or bank account but they didn't care. Do I look like some kind of nerd who sits around with a checkbook paying bills all fucking day long? I prefer to not even think about money. I remember when my lease was up and I said I didn't want to renew they tried knocking $50 off a month to keep me. This sounds more like drugs than rent problems. Why wouldn't they be able to wait one day?
