do people normally hit a wall with solo play like it's super hard to get past the ak ranks without teaming or something?
I wanna start playing CSGO again. I was completely addicted and DMG a few months ago, until I fucked around with hacks in casual with my steambro and got banned. Then I made a new account and got so unimaginably bored trying to get level 3 that I used hacks on lower settings to rank up fast. After getting level 3 I stopped hacking, got DMG again and fucking banned a week later. Now I've had my 3rd account at level 1 for weeks. I hate this level system

Digimon world almost exclusively
I'm taking my revenge on this game that I was utterly unable to beat when I was a kid without internet access. Turns out the trick is to shower your digimon with healing objects, which is kinda lame, but that's apparently what you're supposed to do. The speed-up option in the emulator vastly improves the game, also - that loading screen between the training grounds and the toilet was a huge time sink.

I know, but it's pretty harsh to issue the same ban time for hacking in matchmaking and hacking in casual, just fuck around with your friend for one game middle-fragging and you're banned until the end of time.

i don't want to go on a long autistic rant about history and fun gameplay and how they interact but i will tell you that one way or another an angry man (or men) with weapons and armor running at you to kill you is really scary
cavalry is the true noble patrician class, the footman with his shield after that and finally the poor scared archer peasants used to hunting helpless animals that cant fight back
literally the only games that matter.
Mostly TF2 and EU4.
GMod sometimes too, because prop hunt is fun.

hmm dota is strange to me
i used to play similar "hero map" type game modes in age of mythology and really liked them in my freshman year of high school. basically a streamlined real time strategy game, that's a moba right? automate the general troop movement and focus on micro managing hero units. the actual combat interface also felt similar to mmo rpgs like world of warcraft or guild wars with the whole equipment management and timed refresh for moves. some people like it but that kind of action's not really for me.
