Currently I've been taking Vitamin D (since I'm always in the basement of course) and Magnesium. Seems like I'm a bit less tired. I'd like to try some "pot" as the kids call it to relax a little at some point.

Weed will make you paranoid unless you relax and try to get comfortable (you'll get a lot better at dealing with it after a while and then you'll be fine)
LSD just makes weed 10x better and makes me see lines and thing get really wobbly. Totally worth it though, so much better with friends. Never take acid from the DN, there's no way it'll actually be LSD
I'd say Kratom has increased my quality of life and has also helped me tone down on my alcoholic tendencies. It helps with social anxiety, and depending on the strand I can use it either for energy or to relax at night before bed. Also, It only takes about 2 beers while on it to make me feel quite drunk, so I don't have to pound shots all the time to feel good

My favorite drug hands down. makes me feel fucking amazing and i can talk to anyone. I'd recommend everyone try it at least once and go to a good night club or festival where you can dance cause you will really want to. Only do it once a month at the most though, preferably once every 3 months.

Only tried once so I can't speak too much on it. I took about 18mg so maybe it was a little underwhelming cause all I remember is getting a lot of energy and slight color visuals. The come up was pretty bad though, I felt nauseous for like 20 minutes.

2 weeks ago I started a regimen of fish oil, magnesium and zinc. The goal is to simply boost testosterone, even though I don't think I'm particularly lacking in it. I've also spent a ton of time out in the sun reading books when it's sunny.
Results so far are a dissipation of depression and anxiety, along with a nice tan. I look better, thus more confidence. Skin fuckin' glows, m8s. Only bad thing is I've been jacking off a lot more for some reason, but don't have that weird mindfog that comes with it. Even able to go again after like a half hour and haven't been able to do that shit in about 8 years.
Also the usual shit like no fast food, no soda, etc.
