To be honest, I am and always have been holding out for the day when robots can talk and hold conversations and have personalities. Star wars kind of droids. I think machines that perform mechanical and physical tasks are cool and all but I would fucking love to have a companion around the house to chat with, or to go out and ask a robot to give me directions or tell me about the things going on in town.
