People don't pass out from standing up unless your malnourished or have low blood pressure. Did you biye your lips or tongue? Were your muscles sore? Sounds like you had a seizure.

When was your last physical? Check blood pressure. Also dehydration and not eating enough and extreme periods of immobility could do it.
