Can someone give me a clear definition of wagecuck? If it refers to people who work grindy retail and soulless call center-like jobs that they despise, I get it. Personally, I like my job a lot. My weeks go by pretty fast and my workplace satisfaction is great. My job required a Masters degree and appropriate licensure, though, so I'm in a field that genuinely interests me.
If the term is just thrown at anyone who works, that's where I start scratching my head. The idea that everyone is just miserable at work all the time is silly.
I was out of work for about a month between January and February as I was transitioning between jobs. NEET lifestyle was fun for about a week, but it got old really fast and I was miserable after that point.
