Recently i went to the doctor and he diagnosed me with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome one of the symptoms is muscle hypotonia.
Sucks.
Be nice if I could exercise and actually get some results.
Now I just exercise cause I fear my body will turn to complete shit if I dont

I have that too man. Do you get any of the joint pain or dizziness? I'm able to put on some muscle but very slowly and it goes away quickly if I don't maintain it. Can't any gain weight either unless I gourge myself on food.
