I took intro to asian american studies this semester becasue I need to it fulfill the requirements for my comsci degree and no joke it was one of the harder classes I've taken so far. I don't understand how anyone takes classes like that voluntarily, it's just basically being graded for your opinions and grammar but they're so nitpicky that it becomes difficult. I literally lost 10% on an essay because I forgot to capitalize "asian american".

I go to a satellite campus for my university, and my Native American Lit professor doesn't take attendance, even though we aren't supposed to miss more than 3 days. I get off work at 6am, and my class starts at 11. Literally havent gone to class for 3 and a half weeks and I still have a 97. All the work is online, and the lectures are essentially "the whites are bad.jpg" . It's sad to say everything I write is with that bias, but it's what gets me the grade. This shots upper division too
