my daily regiment:
4 bottles of water a day
wash my face with sulphur soap
wash with black soap afer
apply coconut oil after im out of shower
i cant offer much, but to my brobots who want smooth skin, follow that
sulphur soap and black soap are easily accessible from ebay, but be warned, sulphur soap may not be kind to VERY sensitive skin
my skin is sensitive, but it doesnt bother me. black soap is nice and smooth, doesnt hurt at all
other side. besides those pics and that bit of advice i dont have anything else to offer. ill stick around for some questions though if you have any. or it might just 404

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Did you have oily skin before? Cause I have oily skin and I feel like rubbing coconut oil on it would make it even worse.
