Absolutely fuck of a clue. There are details about ghost sightings that can be given a materialistic explanation. Plus, footage of ghosts can be hard evidence to take seriously because the video could have been edited/ had special effects added.
But there are some people that are very sure that they saw something that defies any kind of explanation we have, even if you do bring up evidence against it. So, who knows desu. Have an experience yourself.
