>24 years old
>feel old as shit
>nothing is new or interesting, all creativity gone
>feel like just going to live out my days working and doing nothing else notable
do other early-20s people actually feel the same way? Is this natural?

I feel younger because I missed the milestones.
>>28294833
I feel older because of all the abuse I put my body through

Yes. Nobody except a handful of researchers is going to tell you this, but this is how loss of IQ from the late teens peak feels like. You no longer find things interesting not because of some stress or routine, but literally because your brain doesn't produce enough excitement. It's pure chemistry and it will only get worse.
It's very natural among people ages 12 to 16.

The human body peaks at the age of 20. After that, everything deteriorates.
Pretty sure we're not supposed to live past 30.

Never actually correlated mental declined with physical, but that makes sense.
>evolution has made us peak at the age that we're too unintrospective to realize it

>loss of IQ
I'm pretty sure that's not "loss of IQ"which sounds so idiotic it would be like something an anti-vaxxer would say
that's just decrease of, or lessened sensitivity to, dopamine and oxytocin
