He's at a gas station and forgot what pump he parked at, so he needs to lean over and look out the window of the gas station to see what pump he parked at in order to have the teller put money on that specific pump, in this case $10. So the image is supposed to depict the man leaning over to check the pump number he's parked at.

I don't understand the joke but I'm pretty sure that's the reasoning.
