Im full of anger and anxiety and its making me restless and angrier. How do you guys cope. I feel like beating the shit out of someone. I might even search a MMA type gym or something and ask for a match seeing as randomly kicking someone's ass will put me in jail

Wow, this hits close to home. I really want to beat someone up, I'm constantly running scenarios in my head where I get in a fight with the first stranger i see. I found that this feeling comes when i'm the most anxious, because I can't stop worrying about something, and I just want it to stop. I've tried all kinds of distractions, but self-harm doesn't cut it anymore. I've broken my knuckles multiple times hitting random stuff, just to let this hit out. I don't know man, I'm trapped, it's either hurt somebody or myself.

I've had these feels before and smoking weed will mellow out the anger, maybe not the anxiety but def the anger. For me it works well at least. My empathy levels rise when I'm stoned and violence is nearly impossible.
