i relapsed on weed but today will be my 3rd day clean again.

I'm having a good day. It also just started raining and a nice cool breeze is blowing in through the windows now.
Ive been working out, eating well and studying for my finals all of which ill pass. Feels good man.

I drank way too much alcolol on saturday and because of that my serotonin levels dropped to the shitter and sunday was a suicidal day.
Today I saw a bunch of my friends, read a good book, played a little frisbee golf and my serotonin is through the roof!
