I would say under 5'4" or something. The other thing is that you would need to choose an age at which you are a candidate for manletosis or whatever the fuck it would be called. You cant call a 5' tall 10 year old physically disabled. What would the age be? 18? 21?
Plus, why the fuck would the diagnosis even matter? What would you do to fix it?
