Do people use social media status to judge if I'm a loser? I only have 250 friends on facebook and the number next to my snapchat name only says 400. When I look at Chad and Stacy's facebook they have 1,000+ friends and they have 50,000+ next to their snapchat name. Do people look at that stuff and figure out I'm a fucking loser?

The point is if they check your social media and see you have a low number or no friends or no presence you WONT even get the interview callback to begin with.
This isn't every company but some hiring managers (Stacies) have decided that people with low followers or no presence are weird and not worth bothering with.
