My parents were too poor for me to dress nicely and be able to afford to do things with the other kids on the weekends. I was also a bit embarrassed for being a foreigner in the usa, so I mainly kept to myself.
i had bad acne too and genuinely wasn't very good looking. As well as being a manlet, the final nail in he coffin. There was no hope for me to get a gf. I never got interest from the opposite sex directed towards me once in my life.
I'm in med school now so i geuss if I stick to this i will have a solid $300k/ year position in a decade or less so there is that to look forward to.
