I do the exact same, I really cannot make myself care about any of this at all even though I've spent over a thousand in retaking classes, tried to get a semester off and my parents refused

My work ethic has improved since high school, but methods have not. I'm beating myself up because I have ADHD, so planning ahead and seeing deadlines is really hard. I end up pulling an all-nighter at least twice a week to finish shit right before it's due.
At least It worked OK last semester, but It has took a toll on me, and I think I'm gonna fail calc 1, or at least get a D and have to take it over again.

For a year my parents have believed that I'm at university, when in reality I dropped out after one semester and have been studying random things online. I was planning to tell them that I dropped out when I found a job, but I haven't been able to get one.
