Canned beans like black beans or kidney beans. Make sure you get the ones with no sugar added. Heat on stove or eat cold straight from can depending on your level of laziness.
Beans are full of good protein. They're also full of fiber to cure yourchronic diarrhea
I generally mix sardines in with you microaved beans and sauces and make a chilli kind of thing. I tried dines straight, but I am not at that level yet.
