I normally buy my underwear at uniqlo lately. But you any kind of big clothing store will have them. Hell even a lot of small clothing stores will carry some underwear. Like I've bought boxers at Steven Alan before.

Only way is to buy a pair to test if you like them and then go back and buy a bunch more.
