Limit exposure and if you are going to go into it use lots of sunscreen and cover up with hats and the such. And now for something maybe a little harsher would be that regardless of facial structure a woman who is underweight is considered attractive in this day and age. Don't believe the "curves are sexy" hype, most likely your fat distribution leaves something to be desired. If you are seriously motivated get your BMI to around 18.

Seems like a lot of the girls who post there have been through some rough shit, and have reasons to be depressed. But they often end their posts with something like "at least my boyfriend has been really supportive."
