The OP works on multiple levels. On a surface level, it appears to be a random passerby who ironically makes an un-self-aware criticism of the board, by going directly to its character and a common theme, drawing the reader in. But of course, this presupposes some knowledge of the board, which could in principle have come from other places on the internet, but more probably came from straight board usage.
Of course, this implicates the OP himself as a "net tourist", a quaint phrase.
OP wants to be inside/outside, use-and-be-apart-from, the forum, all at once. Even the image suggests what 4chan's userbase would describe as a certain "reddit" snark and ouroboros-self-defeat, because as an ironic youth, the OP must not allow himself to take any side.
